London Biggin Hill airport has appointed a customer service manager to lead the facility's executive handling unit.
Sarah Dennis has ben appointed to the new management position, and will be responsible for customer service development and the airport’s executive handling unit, which includes SkyPets, the specialist unit for handling animals travelling with passengers on business aviation flights.
The appointment comes in light of Dennis’ considerable experience within the leisure industry. She has spent nine years as operations manager at the David Lloyd group.
Robert Walters, the airport’s business development director, says that the recent increase in business traffic is mainly by larger corporate aircraft flying over longer distances.
He said: "This trend calls upon us to create a new emphasis on passenger and flight crew requirements. The appointment of Sarah Dennis is to develop and enhance our customer performance and relationships in all key FBO-related areas."
