Taste of what's to come at Bromley College

Work to create a hospitality, food and enterprise centre has begun at Bromley College, in advance of a September opening.

The Orpington Campus is set to incorporate catering and training facilities, which will include kitchens, classrooms, a student-run restaurant and conference facilities, split over three floors.

It will be used by students aged between 14 and 19 who wish to study for vocational hospitality and catering qualifications alongside core curriculam GCSEs.

Principal of Bromley College, Sam Parrett, said: "Today marks another important day in the history of Bromley College as we embark upon this exciting construction project.

"Our two campuses in Bromley and Orpington have both undergone a huge transformation in the last few years, and our new hospitality training facilities here at our Orpington Campus will provide a hugely valuable resource for our students."
