The developers behind the £90 million St Mark's Square development in Bromley are inviting the public to have a closer look at building preparations for the scheme.

Excavation work is under way at St. Mark's Square

Joint venture partners Cathedral Group and McLaren will take visitors on a tour of the site on 20 September, to look at ongoing excavation work to build a car park and cinema as part of the project.

The residential and leisure project will feature a nine-screen multiplex VUE cinema, 2,322sq m of cafes and restaurants – including Prezzo, Las Iguanas, Nandos and Turtle Bay – a 130-bedroom Premier Inn hotel, 200 private and affordable apartments and a car park.

Cathedral Group is inviting visitors to apply for tour places via its website, operating a ‘first-come-first-served’ basis. Successful applicants will also learn about the complexities of construction site logistics and the history of the site.
